The network runs on agents. The decisions never do.
Rōvn's agents do the work between qualified and working: they chase, verify, reconcile, prepare, and monitor around the clock. Every regulated outcome still passes through a named human, and every action leaves a receipt.
Rōvn's AI is the labor layer, not the judge. Agents are not the moat. The moat is what the agents may governably touch.
§ 01 / three parties, one asymmetry
the asymmetry is the design, not a limitation
The organization agent.
Operates only from policy the organization wrote and authority it explicitly delegated. It prepares files, computes impact, and routes the exact next action to the person who owns it.
The neutral trust layer.
Identity, consent, scope, policy, provenance, tenant isolation, human gates, disputes, receipts. Neither agent can reach around it, and neither side's agent works for the other.
§ 02 / what agents do, and what they may never do
the boundary is architecture, not a policy memo
Around the clock, they:
- Detect risk and open the case that owns it
- Chase missing and expiring evidence, politely and relentlessly
- Run allowed source checks and carry back dated receipts
- Extract, reconcile, and explain documents and gaps
- Prepare files, packets, and recommendations for the human who decides
- Monitor expirations and compute what future work is at risk
Never, by construction:
An agent never rejects, denies, disciplines, terminates, resolves ambiguity against a person, independently hires, credentials, privileges, or assigns. Authority that law, bylaws, or your governance reserves to a named human stays with that human.
the enforcement point
Agents cannot directly change regulated state. Every change passes through a typed command with an approval gate, which makes every rule on this page checkable in code rather than merely asserted.
§ 03 / delegation, earned and bounded
favorable and routine only, under a written standing mandate
Favorable means favorable.
Delegated execution can only grant or continue access. Anything adverse to any person routes to a named human, always.
Routine means proven.
Every requirement satisfied by source-confirmed or organization-verified evidence, one named policy version, no exception, no ambiguity. An extracted field never triggers an unattended activation.
Mandates expire.
A standing mandate is gated at grant and at every expansion to a new profession, jurisdiction, or site, countersigned by the human who holds the authority, never open-ended.
Mistakes carry duties.
A wrong favorable outcome is detected, invalidated, and reported to its accountable human within one business day, with the full receipt chain and billing look-back support.
