Available is the person’s side: when they can work. Cleared is yours: your requirements met for that work, with the evidence for each one. Rōvn keeps the two apart, so one never stands in for the other.
Is readiness a score?
No. Each person gets three separate answers: clear to start, clear to practice and clear to bill. Each shows its evidence and what’s left. Nobody is reduced to one number or one green badge.
Who decides that someone is ready?
Your organization. Rōvn gathers the evidence, checks licenses at the source and shows what’s open. The people who own each requirement make the call.
Do we have to replace our credentialing system?
No. Rōvn works alongside the systems you already use. Each connection is scoped and checked with your team before go-live.
