What Rōvn is, and is not
Rōvn is the AI-operated hiring network and workforce system for healthcare: software that operates the work between facility demand and approved, governed work while each organization applies its own requirements. Rōvn is not a staffing agency, an employer of record, or a job board. Facilities hire workers directly. Rōvn does not place, schedule, deploy, or employ workers, and does not charge placement, commission, success, or finder fees.
AI may organize the workflow. Evidence remains attributable to its recorded source. Humans make every regulated decision. Every hiring, credentialing, privileging, and clinical decision is made by a person at the facility. A worker's record reflects consented history and is never a facility-facing rating, reliability, or reputation score.

This site does not provide medical, legal, compliance, or employment advice. Facilities remain responsible for their own hiring, credentialing, and accreditation obligations.

The content, design, and marks on this site, including the Rōvn name and wordmark, are owned by Rōvn, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission, except for ordinary personal viewing of the site.
