Every share has a purpose and an end.
You decide what leaves your record. Before anything is shared, you see who it goes to, why, and for how long.

| Recipient | The one organization the share goes to. |
| Purpose | What it’s for, such as one role, and which items it includes. |
| End date | When access stops, unless you renew it. |
| Status only | The organization sees that a check is done, not its result. |
You can stop a share at any time, and access ends from then on. Copies already delivered stay with the recipient, along with anything they’re required to keep.

Checked at the source.
Where a fact has an official source, it’s checked with that source, not taken from an uploaded copy. An uploaded file, a value read from it and a check at the source are labelled differently.

Each item records its source and the date it was checked. A check helps an organization decide; it doesn’t decide for it. Each organization makes its own decision.

People decide. Agents show their work.
Agents prepare, check and chase. They don’t decide. Being able to use a tool isn’t the authority to make a call with it.
