Scope
This policy covers rovn.to, the public site of Rōvn, Inc. Platform surfaces are governed by their own executed agreements and workflow-specific controls. This site does not process protected health information. Do not send PHI, patient data, or credentialing files through this site or by email.
Our principle is the same here as on the platform: AI may organize workflow, evidence remains attributable to its recorded source, and humans make every regulated decision, so we collect as little as possible and never repurpose it.
What we collect
What you send us. If you email us or contact us about pricing, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, work email, organization or role, and your message.
Basic technical logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and reliable.
Booking a call. When you choose to load the scheduler or book a call, Cal.com, our scheduling provider, receives your IP address and browser details, and if you book, your name, email, and any notes you add. It is used only to schedule the call.
Joining the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we receive your email address and, if you choose to give them, your role and state. Resend, our email provider, delivers them to our team in an email. We use them to tell you when early access opens.
Website visitor information. With your permission, we use RB2B, a visitor-identification service, on listed public pages of this site. Cookies and similar technologies used by RB2B and its service providers may associate a visit with other information they hold, including an email address. A matched visit can include business-contact or organization information, browser and network identifiers, pages visited, and the time of the visit. Not every visit is matched. This site does not use the service to collect protected health information.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, understand organization interest in Rōvn, discuss whether working together could be a fit, tell people on the waitlist when early access opens, inform business-to-business communications and marketing from Rōvn or service providers acting for us, and keep the site secure, available, and improving. We do not use public-site visitor-identification information for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting, content delivery, email (Resend), scheduling (Cal.com), and visitor-identification providers. Resend receives the email address, role, and state of a waitlist signup in order to deliver it to us. RB2B and providers it uses to operate its visitor-identification service receive the public-site visit information needed for that service. We may disclose information if required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Worker passport data lives on the platform, not on this site. Workers own their record and control every consent grant; nothing in a passport is shared with an organization without the worker's consent.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information this site handles, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. No broader compliance or agreement-coverage statement is approved for publication.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by writing to hello@rovn.to. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. The RB2B tracker does not load unless you choose it, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preference. You can revisit that choice from any page and turn it off. You can also opt out of RB2B's advertising network at app.retention.com/optout. We honor opt-out preference signals where required.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Your rights under the privacy laws of the place where you live still apply.
Changes
We may update this policy as the company and the site evolve. We will revise the date at the top when we do.
