Scope

This policy covers rovn.to, the public site of Rōvn, Inc. Platform surfaces are governed by their own executed agreements and workflow-specific controls. This site does not process protected health information. Do not send PHI, patient data, or credentialing files through this site or by email.

Our principle is the same here as on the platform: AI may organize workflow, evidence remains attributable to its recorded source, and humans make every regulated decision, so we collect as little as possible and never repurpose it.

What we collect

What you send us. If you email us or contact us about pricing, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, work email, facility or role, and your message.

Basic technical logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and reliable.

This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether working together could be a fit, and to keep the site secure, available, and improving. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting, content delivery, and email providers, and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

Worker Passport data lives on the platform, not on this site. Workers own their record and control every consent grant; nothing in a Passport is shared with a facility without the worker's consent.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information this site handles, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. No broader compliance or agreement-coverage statement is approved for publication.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by writing to hello@rovn.to. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, and we honor opt-out preference signals where required.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Your rights under the privacy laws of the place where you live still apply.

Changes

We may update this policy as the company and the site evolve. We will revise the date at the top when we do.
