Pricing
Clear entry pricing.Scoped expansion.
In this category, pricing hides behind a scheduled call by default, and at least one vendor's own pricing page lists no numbers at all. Buyers cannot budget what they cannot see, and pricing the repeated check taxes exactly the reuse that would save them money.
What follows is a signed document, not a sales page: an entry price, a governing clause, a proof program, and the exclusions that keep it honest.
Sheet 01 · Entry
Readiness pricing is scoped in the pilot terms.
Scope follows the exact work Rōvn takes over, never a seat count.
$2,500per month
One organization, one governed roster: readiness, priced as printed above. USD, billed monthly.
Scope: your roster, your sites, your policies, exactly as Rōvn takes them over. Not a seat count.
The rate is public and stands: this is the number you would hear on a call, printed here instead.
What raises the price, and what never does, both follow on the next sheet.
Sheet 02 · The principle
The governing clause: price the operated outcome.
Not the worker. Not the repeated check. Rōvn prices what it operates, once, for the organization that authorizes it.
The billable unit is an active, monitored, licensed clinician inside your organization's governed scope. A second Work Relationship for that same person, under a second organization, is reuse. Reuse never raises the price within a band.
Scopedper organization
unchanged when a second Work Relationship is added for the same clinician
Not billable, ever
- Logins.
- Documents.
- AI tokens are not billable. Agent labor sits inside the operated outcome, receipted, never metered to a worker or an organization per action.
- Alerts.
- Repeated verification requests.
- Successful hires.
Sheet 03 · The proof program
180 days, paid, against a frozen baseline.
The pilot is not a free trial and not an open-ended negotiation. It is a numbered schedule with a fixed acceptance date.
Days 1 to 90
Prove readiness against a frozen cohort and a measured baseline.
Days 91 to 180
Prove the contracted workflows, on your roster, at your sites.
Acceptance
By day 165, on the terms fixed at day one.
Production
Begins day 181, at the band your scope has earned.
| Band | Annual investment | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | $20,000 | One site, the core governed roster, readiness alone |
| Growth | $30,000 | Multiple sites, one organization, readiness plus renewals |
| Scale | $45,000 | Delegated workflows across the organization’s full roster |
| Enterprise | $75,000 | Full delegated operations, every site, every workflow in scope |
| Network | $100,000 to $175,000 | Multiple organizations under one governed network |
Production begins at $240,000 in annual contract value, once Rōvn operates meaningful recurring workflows for the organization.
Sheet 04 · Workers
Nothing is ever taken out of their pay.
No placement fee, no commission, no success fee, no finder's fee, no cut of a rate, from anyone, on any side.
Paying never purchases verification, faster source processing, hidden ranking, employer preference, core storage, consent, correction, export, sharing, or ordinary applications.
Sheet 05 · Recruiting access
Employers scale in from free, not from zero information.
Verified direct employers start free. Larger teams and staffing partners scope up from there, after the same authority verification either way.
| Tier | Price | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| Verified employer, free | $0 | 3 active jobs and 25 professional contacts monthly |
| Recruiter Team | $1,000 monthly or $10,000 annually | Five seats, 20 active jobs, 250 professional contacts monthly |
| Staffing and locum agencies | Custom, after authority verification | Scoped to the verified agency's authorized roster and sites |
No transaction, placement, wage, or shift fee, on any tier, from anyone.
Sheet 06 · Candor and close
Every price on this page is a hypothesis until proven.
No customer counts or claimed savings appear here, because none exist to claim.
All prices on this sheet are founder-approved hypotheses until validated by collected fees and real operation. Security and agreement scope are defined during contracting.
What the founding pilot covers is exactly what Sheet 03 already states: the measured baseline, the contracted workflows, and the receipt language a surveyor would read, on the schedule printed there.
Scope the work, then make the price legible.
