A comparison that hedges on this is not worth reading. Here is what CertifyOS has built, stated the way a diligence reader would want it stated.

NCQA CVO accreditation. CertifyOS's own NCQA news page states the accreditation runs "through June 2024," on a page dated 13 Jul 2022 that had not been refreshed with current-cycle wording as of the 12 Aug 2026 check.2

A provider-data backbone across the lifecycle. CertifyOS's own subhead describes "infrastructure built to power credentialing, contracting, payments, compliance, and the future of provider data management," replacing spreadsheets and point solutions for health-plan buyers.1

Fast primary source verification. CertifyOS's own proof stack publishes provider-onboarding, re-credentialing-cost, and roster-mismatch performance claims. The site does not publish the study behind them.1
None of that reaches the clinician the file describes. Provider-data infrastructure serves the plan that licenses it; her own record is nobody’s product inside that architecture. That is where the two models actually diverge, and the clearest way to show it is not an adjective. It is the same fact, in both homes.

Rōvn · worker-owned portability
Rōvn's record is built to be correct for the clinician who carries it. It does not belong to the plan, the staffing agency, or the last employer. It travels with the worker by design, and every granted access is written into a ledger the worker can read.
Underneath both models, Rōvn bounds automation the same way for every organization it works with: agents prepare the evidence and chase what is missing, a receipt records it, and a named human signs anything regulated. No agent decides who gets privileged, hired, or paid.
