Consent names its recipients.
Turning discoverability on is an explicit choice that names its scope and who can reach you. Nothing is blanket.
Consent and privacy
Discoverability is never inferred from a roster deposit, an application, an employment relationship, or time passing. An unclaimed profile is not discoverable, not contactable, and not listed.
§ 01 / the rules, in plain words
each one is a rule of the company constitution, not a setting default
Turning discoverability on is an explicit choice that names its scope and who can reach you. Nothing is blanket.
Revoke a grant and it fails closed immediately, with a receipt. No grace period for anyone else.
Each disclosure generates a receipt you can read: what went where, to whom, under which grant, when.
Your data is never sold and never trains models without a contractual basis. No hidden steering, no per-reuse penalty.
§ 02 / if a score ever appears
no hidden ranking, by rule
Where a job-specific fit score is shown, you can see it, see its inputs, and contest it, and the contest suspends its use for that opportunity while open. There is no persistent cross-context person score and no facility-facing reliability score, ever.
Claim the record, set the scope, and change your mind any time with a receipt.
