How it works

Two floors. One network. Hiring, remade.

A world-class worker experience on one floor. Practices operated end to end on the other. One loop of proof connecting them, so hiring stops being a pile of resumes and becomes an approval with evidence behind it.

One loop connects both sides.

A job board connects a click to an inbox and disappears. Rōvn connects proof to approval: the evidence a clinician builds once powers every organization's own decision, and the network keeps both sides current long after the hire.

Side one · the worker

You

Prove it once. License, certifications, history, each fact with a dated receipt behind it.

You

Consent, scoped. You choose which organizations can use it, and every disclosure is written down.

The network

Evidence travels. The same proof reaches every place you apply or work, without being rebuilt, ever.

Side two · the facility

The facility

Evaluates under its own policy. Same evidence, its own requirements, its own answer. Authority never leaves the organization.

A named human

Approves, on the record. The Work Activation, the signed record of who approved it, binds the evidence, the policy version, and the signature.

The network

Both sides stay current. Expirations watched against real schedules, one renewal updating every organization you allow, the next application starting already proven.

the groundbreaking part is not a better board between strangers. it is an operating loop between proven people and the places they work, with the worker holding the proof and the organization holding the decision.

Applying is the smallest thing your passport does.

The job is the moment. The record is the career. Rōvn keeps working between jobs, between shifts, and between renewals, and shows you every line of what it did for you.

Your passport.

Every license, certification, and year of history, held once with the receipt behind it.

The record

Renewals, chased.

One expiring item becomes one exact task, never seven alerts, and never a lost shift.

The One Ask

Consent, scoped.

Off until you turn it on. Every disclosure receipted, every grant revocable on the next call.

Who sees what

An agent on your file.

While you work the shift, it works the paperwork: chasing, checking, structuring, preparing.

How it is governed

Everything it did, shown.

A work log of every chase, check, and delivery made on your behalf, every line with a receipt.

Receipts

Yours to take anywhere.

A shareable profile link and an export you own, usable off Rōvn. No lock-in, by rule.

The promises

Applying, screen by screen

  1. 01

    Find the role.

The board shows real roles with the truth attached: pay range, posting date, requirements. Sort by newest, distance, or pay. No relevance score decides what you see.

  2. 02

    Prove the license first.

Screen two asks for your license before anyone asks for a resume. It is the first verified object in your passport, and the moment the second application starts costing you nothing.

  3. 03

    Submitted by screen four.

A text message code is the signup. No create-account step exists, anywhere. The application leaves with your evidence attached, and it never bounces you to an applicant tracking system to retype your history.

  4. 04

    The passport assembles itself.

By the time you finish, most of your record is standing: license, certifications, work history, documents. It is yours: a shareable profile link and a PDF packet you own, usable off Rōvn. The next application re-asks nothing.

  5. 05

    Receipts, not silence.

You always know where your application stands. Every state change leaves a receipt you can read, and honest states look honest: pending looks pending, nothing wears a verified mark it did not earn.

From the roster you have to the audit you pass.

Recruiting, hiring prerequisites, credentialing, privileging, payer enrollment, monitoring, and renewals run as one governed queue, with agents doing the labor and named humans holding every decision.

Three walkthroughs, no login, no sales call first.

An ASC, a provider group, and a hospital journey, each about eighty seconds, running on clearly labeled demonstration data.
